The Svalbard team consists of Prof. Nina Karnovsky from Pomona College and two Pomona College undergraduate students: Derek Young ‘09 and Julia Gleichman ‘10. We also have Pomona alumna Laurel McFadden ‘06 returning for her second season.

I’ve been enjoying your website logs. Sounds like quite an adventure!!
Nina, Galen is back at the Friendship school these next couple of weeks, and Max seems to be doing fine. He had a funny visor on this morning, with floppy ears attached. We’ll probably go to the Happy Crowd on wed. night.
