I’m not sure if this is correct to say, but with the popularity of YouTube, there has become many video bloggers who will create a video and others will make their own videos to post as comments. Here is an example that I found.
KevJUMBA is a guy who created a video called “I Have to [...]
The caption for both say : “you deserve a paint which will age well”
I think these ads are amazing…let alone eye catching, in a good way/bad way.
I kind of wonder if they are actual installations, or just photoshopped.

caption at the top says “Strong Tape”
For some reason, the image of a bound Asian man, even though the ad was shown in Asia, does not really fly with me. The whole notion of using the tape for a kidnapping, is insensitive, even though the use of the tiny piece of tape was slightly witty [...]
So here are two VW ads that I found that irk me. They irk me because they use skin tone to describe an actual color.
The fact that they still use “black” to describe the color of the African American person’s skin, and use “beige” to describe the Caucasian person’s skin rubs me [...]
I thought these ads were brilliant, so I wanted to share them.
It reads “Caution, You’re about to share more than a bathroom with this guy”
“You washed, this guy didn’t”
“94% of guys say they washed. 34% were lying”
Check out washyourhands.tv for more on these ads.
Reminds me of the “truth” ads, but for washing hands after you [...]
I thought this ad was really cool because it plays on nostalgia in many ways. Two of the top things you would think when someone says “beetle/beatle” are the car and the band. By using the different colors I feel that VW may be making sure that each Beatle is depicted as unique, while showing [...]

This article is an example of a conflict between marketing, money, and values.
The median age of viewership last year for March Madness was 48.
However, the players playing in the games are mostly under the legal drinking age of 21, as are most college aged [...]
So since I wasn’t able to get through my whole presentation I figured I would post some of the pictures for you to look at.
Here are a few from the “Nudity” portion of my presentation. I chose to do “Clothes” and “No Clothes”, since we don’t really think about the impact of wearing NO clothing [...]
On Mad TV Bobby Lee has a series of skits called “Average Asian” that depict and exaggerate common stereotypes associated with Asian Americans. Through the use of humor, it brings these stereotypes to the surface without putting excessive blame on the perpetuators, because you would not expect most people to behave in that manner. Through [...]
For my Marketing Management class at CGU, my partner and I found a really cool article that talks about advertising via online game sites in the New York Times. (link to article)
The amount of money spent on online game advertising has more than doubled in the last four years, and will definitely increase as the [...]
