I don’t think they’re exactly racist, but they do seem to reinforce stereotypical thinking. Should they be banned? Maybe not. But modified and discussed- sure.

Never seen it before. It was sort of dull to me, but hey, i dont drive a motorcycle. Maybe it would stand out more to people who do though.

i never really thought about it that way… i can see why people would be offended… i guess if i worked at a restraunt i would not want to be portrayed in that light either (despite it being relatively true) :-/

yeah i remember that too…. there was also another one that had the guy standing next to offensive linemen holding up their jockstraps, and his was considerably (a whole lot) smaller than theres… haha… it seems like it was exagerated a little bit but it gets the point across.

Yeah i agree with the commenters… i bet this ad come out during the time of the harry potter/lord of the rings/star wars, etc advertising… it just seems like a great play off of the sci-fi era… very appealing, and it would be even more appealing to people interested in sci-fi movies.

This ad is hella corny… it makes me want to rent from anywhere but enterprise… F for effort, enterprise! Also, it seems like they’re only using the women to catch the attention of men, rather than saying men would get women from renting the car… just another interpretation

Those ads are hilarious. I hear they’re turning it into a sitcom so hopefully there will be more reverse advertising to come!

yeah thats a tight ad. especially since i definitely did things like that as a kid (creating ramps for my toy cars), it lets you fill in the blanks, and comes across as being directed toward a young parent audience, who are looking for gifts, for their children

yeah, there is too much emphasis on sex. i feel as though women are being treated as animals and are being summoned to have sex with whatever guy is wearing ax body spray… as if its a mating call, ya know?
