Inside the shoes you will be able to see a peek of the logo. As a bonus you can see the product as well. I dunno I thought it was funny the minute i saw the picture I instantaneously knew the brand. Ok, have fun.
Also in the “Packaging” article was a crate label for Genova grapes, which shows a Mexican-American guitar player, sensual dancer, adobe home, and grapes. The stylized and romanticized image “employs a visual appeal to the consumer’s fantasy life…[and by] identifying with the Mexican stereotype, the consumer can safely engage his fantasies at a distance” (16). [...]

Speaking of generalizations, I think I have heard that Comedy Central allows for more liberal comedy because it is an independent station. That’s why it can have shows like The Daily Show, Chappelle’s Show, and Carlos Mencia. Does anyone know if that is true? Thanks!
