- How old is the "Right Answers Pilot". Is it still a pilot?
- Answer: Program is still in Pilot mode, but already has a good amount of helpful information in it. Denis is the force running behind it, and will be key in deciding when it moves from pilot to live. I'd like to add the following paragraph: "Currently there is quite a lot of useful information stored in the knowledge base, and we encourage users to not only test but consider the knowledge base in its current form as a viable option for computer help and learning."

- The email setup instructions may need to be updated particularly since students regularly had issues following the instructions, and successfully connecting to the exchange server from the lab.

From lab, web mail is sufficient. Exchange = pain. But talk to John + Julie
- We're fine with the instructions in the wiki. We will however move essence of this wiki page to a knowledge base or an its page to be created later.

- Partial Answer: On webpage it has been indicated that the link isn't live yet, but is there a timetable for this to happen.

- Link fixed, but page was way outdated. Currently garnering lab information from client services in order to update page.

2 problems
- First, the page goes to a poorly written (misspellings mostly) link page to student written faq.
- Second, a nicely written security page does exist, and can be found at /start/start-network-security
